Operations Executive (Sea, Air Freight)

Position Summary

We are looking for an organized and efficient operations executive who will support and assist Sea, Air, and Land Freight Team operations in continuously achieving operational excellence as well as managing operations relating to the movement of shipments. In order to qualify, the candidate must have knowledge of port & customs working patterns and procedures in Dubai.

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in freight operations in Dubai
• Freight Forwarding (Sea, Air Freight) Knowledge
• Handling of Import and Export Shipments
• Sending Sea, Air Freight Quotations
• Routing of Sea, Air Import Shipments
• Good Computer Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Mirsal 2 Knowledge

Customer Service Executive- Freight Forwarding

What we require

• Graduate with +5 yrs. of experience in customer service & Operations in a reputed freight forwarding company.
• In-depth know-how about import /export /cross trade business by Sea freight & Air freight
• On job experience of international freight forwarding job costing and quotations.
• Capability to handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with local and international clients.
• Experience in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and overseas agents
• Proficiency in handling MNC clients and execution of time bound & critical sea/air shipments.
• Knowledge about customs procedures and port operations.
• Capability to handle freight forwarding operations & customer service independently without supervision.

SALES EXCUTIVE — Freight Forwarding

• Over 3 years’ experience in sales field in well-known cargo companies
• UAE valid driving license with good experience in UAE roads
• Good in Urdu, Hindi, Pashto and Malayalam speaking and writing
• Customs declaration know how and Mirsal II and Dubai customs regulations
• On job experience of international freight forwarding job costing and quotations.
• Good convincing and problem solving skills.
• Timely job invoicing and preparing job reports
• Highly aggressive, proactive and pre planned work style.
• Excellent written & oral linguistics skills.

Heavy truck Drivers

We are hiring Heavy truck Drivers. The candidate’s experience and skill set requirement s follows:

What we require

• Must have a heavy truck license issued from UAE.
• Must have minimum of 4 years heavy truck driving experience
• Experience in driving a recovery truck would be an added advantage
• Must be located in UAE and available for a face to face interview and test

Arabic Customer Service Executive- Freight Forwarding

• Provides help and advice to customers about available services.
• Communicates courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
• Work closely with the team to oversee daily cargo requests and operations
• Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
• Investigates and solves customers’ problems whilst working closely with the Head of Business Development.

Skills.Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with MS office knowledge
• At least 2 years’ experience in Sales
• Excellent communication skills.
